that is the question.
Well not to change for now. Things have been so hectic around here. Getting Gregg ready for a new job, getting Gregg not ready for a new job. Yes, Gregg had a new job. He took it with major nervous feelings. He usually feels that way whenever there is change to be had, so he didn't think much of it. But the closer it got to start the worse it was. Bottom line, he didn't feel good about it. There are somethings we will never know why, but one thing I have learned for sure you should follow your feelings especially once you have honestly prayed about it. Gregg did, but was so torn with the raise we had been hoping for, and the safety of his current job (one of 10 years). So for now it is not to change. We will deal with whatever happens next. It is not always the money, it is the safety and security you feel where you are.

i know this has been rough on all of you - i am sorry for that. you must know however how happy we are to have gregg here. he is such an asset to the company and a good friend to all of us here. i, of course, wish him the best with whatever he does in the future and i am confident he will find what he is searching for - either here or elsewhere.
Every time I have gone against what my "Gut" feeling had to say I have regretted it!
FOLLOW YOUR GUT and you will never be sorry!
Wether or not you really feel ok with this decision, it is good you are supporting Gregg and I am sure things will work out better than you even imagined.
If your husband isn't happy with his his job then no one is happy. Lesson I learned 7 years ago. -Michelle
I am still happy! I know it was rough, but hope you have happiness and feel like you made the right choice.
